David Delgado, is one of 200 Chief Data Officer ( CDO) that Gartner estimates in the world, of which only 20 are in Latin America. Moving from product sales service model targeted was what led to Grupo Banorte take ownership of Data Stragety, which required a leader with skills on information management and knowledge on producing profitable business from information assets.

He is responsible for generating all the financial information for decision making, evaluation of incentives for each business line at Banorte, through the extraction, processing and preparation of P&L reports of up to a minimum organizational level. He is also oversees the administration and growth of the Financial Data Mart extracting value from customers insights and profits and losses by products and channels.
